What is our return policy?

In the event that your order was mis-shipped or damaged in shipment, please contact customer service
within 3 business days to request an RETURN AUTHORIZATION number. Upon receipt of the product we will refill your order or if the product is unavailable issue you a refund or website credit. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns on items unless the above criteria is met. Downtown Comics reserves the right to deny refunds if suspicious activity is suspected.
